Styria is worth visiting all year round every season has its own unique stimulus and charm 

Even though not every activity is available throughout the year eg mountain, however we are offering the right tour for each season

We are specialized in small group customized guided tours but also offer self-driving trips planned to your desire and imagination 

We do our best to calculate  but the difference in fees are mostly based on season ( eg difference of excursion  and seasonal prices  where we have no influence on it also depends on number of  guests per trip and lengths of the  journey so if one person of your group must cancel the trip price will increase for the others we are however happy when someone else steps in   

Unfortunately, we can't but we will on our self-driving tours available for you via phone or internet   

First, make sure your passport is valid (at least 6 months after your departure from Austria. For US travelers you need a so called ETIAS as electronic travel authorization also known as a visa waiver. Which currently it is under Developpement and will be operational from 2025 onward 

Yes, we do, our minimum is 8 Days /7 nights lengths, shorter guiding available on request eg you are on a self-driving tour and wish 3 days of guiding   

All services included are stated in the trip description. we however are happy to assist you with bookings outside the organized tour  

Yes, we are insured however its highly recommended that you have your own Travel insurance, in case you are getting silk or must cancel your trip within the cancellation police   

We can start a custom trip in as little as 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) ahead but no longer then 1 year from the day of your booking confirmation 

We are environment friendly and aim a sustainable way but with the www you will get plenty of information into your inbox, so everything will be just a click away

Life happens, we try to work with you, so you won't lose too much money however best you have a travel insurance which we highly recommend please pay attention to our terms and conditions too

For our guided tours is a welcome dinner, all breakfasts and lunch included   

For self-driving package we unfortunately can't offer meal packages, nevertheless we recommend first and foremost accommodation where breakfast is included   

We can't book a flight for you but if you need assistance in finding the best connection, we are happy to assist you

As we are customizing your trip   yes, we can    

As Erika had visitors during her work in New Zealand from over 80 different country's all people are welcome 

Make sure your passport is up to date and valid at least 6month after  departure from Austria   

If you intend to drive a car in Austria you will need to carry an international drivers permit in addition to your Us license. It can be applied at AAA for usd 20.00  

As every hotel we are staying in has free access to wireless and lots of hotspots are around it still can get costly to have your phone on, once you are out of range.

Almost every provider in the us is offering some kind of international day pass please talk to your provider to have access to this. 

On guided tours are adapter for your US devises provided (1per person) 

As many places offer to  pay by CC it's still not available everywhere, especially small amounts eg tips.

Its recommended to order Euros early enough at your bank (it is very hard to  exchange currencies in Austria apart from the airport which is quite expensive).

However you can always get Euros from any atm (make sure you know your code).

Make sure your CC is open for overseas use (can be done online at your bank or in person).

If you are taking medicine on a regularly basis, make sure you bring a sufficient supply with you 

In the unlikely event you need to see a doctor its highly recommended to have travel insurance our HealthSystem is quite well set up and available 24/7  

Depending on the time of travel eg summer versus winter  

Our summer can get hot so bring lightweight comfortable clothing and shoes  

Rain jacket even in summer some warmer cloths as we get up the mountains where it is cooler on a day-by-day basis you are good with informal clothes, but you might like to dress up for a special occasion (like a visit at our famous casino in Graz where we have a dress code, or we might attend a concert you never know) 

Bring your swimsuit (on days where we can't be outdoors, we will visit one of our Therme  (Spa)
