Tour package must have a minimum of 7 nights and include transportation accommodations excursion /guiding.

For individuals and groups of maximums of 8 people (larger groups on request).

To secure your reservation you must provide Austrian Spirit LLC with an acceptance of the proposal, together with a nonrefundable deposit the amount of which depends on the specification of your booking.

Payment of your balance of your trip is required to be made up to 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) prior your departure.

For reservation closer than 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) prior to your departure. full payment is required and non-refundable.

The referenced nonrefundable deposit is a payment toward a full package or service to organize your trip.

Notifications of request to cancel.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing (including email) sent to AustrianSpirit.com. Any charges incurred will be based on the date the written cancellation is received.

We recommend arranging travel insurance for your trip that covers cancelation for any reason.

By accepting our terms and conditions you agree the Austrian Spirit LLC under no circumstances can be held liable for your insurance policy rejection to refund your cancelation the choice of insurance policy is your sole responsibility.

The cancellation charges are as follows, based on the final payment due date set during the sales process:

1. For trips cancelled before the final payment due date: loss of deposit.
2. For trips cancelled on or after the final payment due date: 100% of the total trip cost.

Note that postponements or changing the dates of your trip is classified as a cancellation and the cancellation policy above will apply in these cases.

Reducing the number of travelers  

Removing a traveler before the final due date will result in the loss of deposit for that traveler. This may result in a higher per person price for the remaining travelers.

Austrian Spirit LLC will inform you of the pricing implications before you confirm the removal of a traveler.

If the removal of a traveler is made after the final pay due date, the full amount due must be paid.

Austrian Spirit LLC can automatically cancel your reservation without your prior agreement in the event there is any outstanding balance due to Austrian Spirit LLC after the final payment due date.  

If you leave the tour early, you agree, there is no refund for any unused days of the tour.

Austrian Spirit LLC quotes prices per person or for a group tour. This depends on the number of travelers and the arrangement of the trip.

The final price, along with the service of the tour, will be available for the customer to review for the trip proposal before proceeding to payment. Price breakdowns or itemizations of costs for the items and services are not possible.  

Austrian Spirit LLC reserves the right to charge a planning deposit. 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you confirm your understanding that planning a custom trip requires considerable research and our working time.

The planning deposit is nonrefundable but will be applied to the cost of the tour package once proposal is confirmed.

Planning deposit is available to you to apply for a future trip with Austrian Spirit LLC booked within a year from this receipt of payment.

Your trip package price is guaranteed only when your full deposit has been paid. A planning deposit is defined as a partial payment of the full costs of the trip.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Austrian Spirit LLC receives the proper spelling of name, address and e-mail and all of those traveling with you (private tour).

You agree that any penalties surcharges and fees associated with the incorrect data you provided must be covered by you the customer.

Travellers are required to carry a passport, which is valid at least 6 months beyond the final day of your trip.

Visas are not required for US and Canadian visitors, however, beginning by 2025 you must apply for a so called ETIAS. This is a visa waiver and pre-registration for traveling to European union Countries. 

A customer can request a refund for the following reason:

Death of customer or immediate family member.

Serious illness or injury of a customer occurring after the reservation was made, which poses a high risk of mortality or significantly impacts daily functioning, will be considered. However, preexisting conditions will not be taken into account.

Austrian Spirit LLC shall be informed about the death or illness without reasonable delay but not later than 10 calendar days before the trip is scheduled to begin, 

The customer shall be prepared to send documents of evidence to Austrian Spirit LLC.

If Austrian Spirit LLC decides to issue a refund, a fee will be deducted. This fee varies depending on the reservation but will not exceed 50% of the total trip cost.

Austrian Spirit LLC shall not be liable or responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any obligation under the current terms and condition when such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control of Austrian Spirit LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to, arson, fires, floods, embargos, wars (declared or undeclared), insurrection, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, pandemics, quarantines, technical catastrophes, or accidents.

Austrian Spirit LLC shall act in good faith and use reasonable commercial efforts to avoid or remove existing causes for nonperformance of their duties,

Notwithstanding this force majeure clause policy, a customer or their family members can request a reservation refund from Austrian Spirit LLC in any of these exceptional circumstances. Whether such a request is granted is solely up to the digression of Austrian Spirit LLC.

Death of a customer or immediate family member:

Serious illness or injury of a customer occurring after the reservation was made, which poses a high risk of mortality or significantly impacts daily functioning.

If Austrian Spirit LLC is unable to perform their duties for reasons beyond their control, they will provide a credit to the affected customer. Please note that no refunds will be issued; only a credit will be provided.

In the event of force majeure, Austrian Spirit LLC will make every effort to preserve the full value of your trip.
